These classes are held on the beautiful Harbour Arm in the Old Town, completely surrounded by the sea, a place I spent my childhood at (and apparently almost fell in a few times haha!)

 

10% of each class goes to the RLNI Hastings fleet (you can see the lifeboat station from our class).

 

These classes are as ever all inclusive, so for beginners to advanced Yogis, also the Rock a Nore positioning makes for a lovely swim afterwards if you should so fancy.

 

 Being weather dependent I will let you know via email at least an hour before the class if it is rained-off where you can choose between a refund or transfer to another day and class, please book online (via the online booking tab above).
