After my own experience with pregnancy and birth I felt so inspired to aid other pregnant women with the tools of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and movement that provided invaluable to my birth.
These classes are very much student lead, we will work on the ailments and concerns of the individual/ within the group and I will teach you techniques in movement and breath that can help with these.
Full of restorative positions that will help levitate back ache, nausea, fatigue, hip pain, reflux and pelvic girdle pain (to name but a few) I aim for these classes to leave you feeling empowered, more connected to your baby and your changing body (which is doing a bloody amazing job FYI).
These classes are for those of you who are 12 weeks plus, and if you have any medical conditions please do check with your midwife/GP before attending.
