Due to being asked by many of you lovlies Saturday West Hill classes (8-9am) will start THIS SATURDAY 14th <3 (Please note this is weather dependent and bring your own mat if you have one- if not let me know and I'll bring you one!)

Can't wait to start the weekend off with you guys (and then we can head along to the pub after haha!)

Free taster yoga session!

Next Tuesday 17th July 2018

So excited to announce a *FREE YOGA CLASS* at the beautiful St Mary in the castle next Tuesday (17th July) 12:30-1pm <3

This class will be perfect for beginners, or those that prefer a slower flow (or just a little lunch break stretch!)

From Tuesday 24th July I will be holding a weekly class at St Mary's Castle 8:30-9:30am and 12:30-1:30pm!

Pose of the week no. 19

Pose of the week no.19 is the super fun Chakrasana, or wheel pose.

Remember whacking this out when you were young and how fun it was? I promise it'll feel just as good now, for modifications please see the caption on the image!

Take it day by day and don't get disheartened if you can't get to full wheel to begin with, it'll happen (and feel bloody fantastic when you do get there!)

Pose of the week no. 18

Pose of the week no. 18 is the super-pooper 'Ardha Dhanurāsana' a great one for alleviating fatigue and lower back pain!

*Please note that the 'Get one in for Brian' campaign is in full swing and my donation-based West Hill class on Thursday 10% of proceeds will be going towards this wonderful Old Towner and his family, and Stroke Awareness.

Also I've Just had an update from Hastings Pier, sadly there will be NO PIER YOGA CLASS ON FRIDAY (22/06) 10:30-11:30am, if the weather is ok we'll be on the West Hill (meet near the cafe).


 I'm so sorry for all of this, I am a so unsure about what will happen our special pier classes :(

Pose of the week no. 17

Pose of the week no. 17 Agnistambhasana (Fire log twist) a great one for really getting into the stomach and internal organs (and for inspecting the paint job on the wall behind you).

If it doesn't feel good bringing the bent foot into half lotus (on top of the extended thigh) then just bring it to the extended inner thigh, no problemo!

PIER CLASS: MONDAY 18TH JUNE 

THE PIER WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY (18/06/18) so the 10:30-11:30am class will now be on the West Hill (weather dependent!)

I am so sorry for the inconvenience but as you may all have heard the Pier has sadly been sold and at the moment I am unsure of what the status of our classes are- I have written to the new owner several times but have had no reply (which is bloody heartbreaking if I'm honest- I don't know what I'll do without our beautiful sessions, they mean so much!)


Also well done to all on the Hastings Pier you guys are bloody awesome and we all respect you so so much!

Pose of the week no. 14

Pose of the week no. 14 is the glorious 'Paschimottanasana' or seated forward fold, the spag-bowl to any yoga class, a great one to work on, you will get down to those knees (I was sure I couldn't, but with practice you will!) x Give it a go and just try to stay there and not think about anything but your breath!

Pose of the week no. 13  (it's not unlucky I promise)

Pose of the week no. 13 'Ardha Matsyendrasana' a great one to work into the intestines, liver, kidneys AND increase back flexibility.

You don't have to take the bind- maybe work towards it and use a strap or tshirt between your hands to get that sweet binding feeling.

Thank you again for all of those who voted for me I'm still in disbelief I won the 'Best Yoga studio in Sussex' Muddy Stilettos award!

Classes are back, 21st May 2018

I have missed you all so much!!! All classes are back on as normal from tomorrow (pier class at 10:30am and Croft Road class at 7pm)!


Thank you all for bearing with me last week, I had a bloody great time away and KEEP YOUR EYES OUT FOR NEW TORTOISE YOGA CLASSES, which will be introduced soon! (Please note this is a hilarious joke, however I did enjoy hanging out with a family of tortoises in between classes last week, and discussing it with them they said they would be up for practicing with humans too).


Also thank you to all of those who have voted/shared/liked my nomination in the Muddy Stilettos​ award, results are announced tomorrow so I'll let you know either way!

Pose of the week no. 12

Pose of the week no. 12, the glorious Extended Puppy Pose, absolutely great and fun and lovely.

Highly recommended with those who suffer with lower back pain and/or tight shoulders.

(And as captioned, I highly recommend wiggling your hips, because it makes this pose feel so much more great and fun and lovely!)

Pose of the week no. 11 the sweet-ass side plank variation, an easy one to transition from cat-cow, great for strengthening arms, shoulders and core strength.

Pose of the week no. 10 Upavistha Konasana (or seated straddle pose) a great hip and hamstring opener, your don't have to be able to fold forward very far at all and don't be discouraged if you're feeling tight- it took me 10 years to get my chest to the floor!

Little by little every day and you'll get there (I never thought I bloody would either! So trust me- it'll happen!)

Pose of the week no. 9 is beautiful Bear pose (or Bharmanasana Variation) really fires up the quads, glutes and shoulders x A great one if you're trying to build strength (so stick that gorgeous bum in the air!) Hannah x

A lovely deep stretch, great if you suffer with tight hamstrings or a tight lower back!

Pose of the week no.7

Pose f the week no.7 Tri Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana (or 3 leg dog) a stupendous stretch for the whole body, practiced a lot in regular yoga classes and there's good reason!


This pose is so wonderful for increasing your upper body strength and helping with hip flexibility, leg strength and confidence (that you can do this, because you so can! 

(WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!)

Pose of the week no. 6, Garudasana (eagle pose) ❤️ A sweet little balance to show yourself you have actually got this and maybe to not take things too seriously? We all fall out of balances, routine, and loose track of plans and ultimately our breath.

So just a few moments a day doing a lovely little balance is such an uplifting thing, I'd recommed it above all else.

NO PIER CLASSES DUE TO PIER CLOSURE

The Pier has informed me they are closing all day on Wednesday as there are high winds forecasted, so no class tomorrow morning (10:30-11:30 am)

Also, a reminder that there is no pier class tonight or tomorrow- they will be starting inside from next month!

Due to the Pier's changing off-season opening times my evening pier classes are no longer running (Tuesday and Wednesday pm), many apologies as I know they were supposed to run for a couple weeks more :(

But.... NEW INDOOR CLASSES ON THE PIER ARE STARTING NEXT MONTH <3 and also new classes at another venue <3 so please bear with me, I'll give you details as soon as they're finalized! <3

'One Love' reggae and ska festival <3

So excited to announce I will be teaching at the amazing 'One Love' reggae and ska festival this year! Classes will be held outside in the beautiful woodland, it's going to be bloody lovely!

New classes added May 2017!

Due to popular demand I have added two new classes a week at an alternative venue.

Held in a beautiful newly refurbished studio in the American Ground (4 Trinity Street, just by Trinity Whole foods and Two Snakes Tattoo). Classes are held every Tuesday at 6:15-7:15pm and Friday 8:45-9:45am.


Due to the smaller studio space booking is necessary- call me on 07947 552414 to book or contact me on here!


£6 per session.
